This new publication from the Natural Resource, Agriculture, and Engineering Service (NRAES) was edited by William J. Lamont, Jr. of the Center for Plasticulture at Penn State University. NRAES is an interdisciplinary, issue-oriented program sponsored by cooperative extension of fourteen member land grant universities.
