NASGA's
2006 North American Berry Conference
Wednesday,
January 4 to Friday, January 6
Savannah
, Georgia
"Getting Profitable
with Good Production and Business Practices"
To help you realize maximum value from your
investment in time, travel, and finances the 2006 Berry Conference
is being held back-to-back with the Southeast Regional Fruit
and Vegetable Conference and Trade Show, which is scheduled
for January 6 - 8, also at the Savannah International
Trade and Convention Center.
When people walk away at the end of a Conference, they want
to have achieved important educational goals. They also carry
away long lasting impressions tied to the meeting events,
fun, and networking opportunities. At the 2006 North American
Berry Conference, you can optimize the chance to make your
company part of those goals and memories.
Make a direct impact on the very specific target
market that the Berry Conference provides as an event sponsor. NASGA won't have an exhibit area this year since the Conference
is back-to--back with the Southeast Regional Trade Show.
That means what you previously would have spent on extra
travel and registration fees to exhibit at two meetings can
be channeled into hosting of one of the Berry Conference
events. A relatively small investment as an event sponsor
will gain big visibility for your company.
Your First Opportunity
For the first time, you have the outstanding
opportunity to become the sponsor for a specific educational
session. You can host the session of your choice -- speaking
briefly about your company and distributing your materials.
NASGA will also be doing lots of marketing for the Berry
Conference and we will begin naming your company as the sponsor
of the session you choose as soon as you contact us to make
the commitment.
Or Hitch Your Name to These Great Events
NASGA is known for excellence in including
plenty of organized opportunities for networking and relationship
building. Consider the value to your company of being
the one whose name is associated with providing the group
lunch, a bus for the tour, or refreshments for the breaks
and discussion sessions. These sponsorships also include hosting benefits.
As soon as you make your decision,
NASGA will begin to let people know about your support.
Sign on by September 3 and we will
include your sponsorship in the Conference registration
brochure .
All sponsors of NASGA's Berry Conference will also gain
this recognition:
- Your company name and logo will be posted
as a sponsor on NASGA's website, as soon as we receive
your signed Sponsorship Agreement.
- Your company name, logo, and a promotional
message you supply will be part of a "Recognition List" in
each registration packet.
- Your company's name will be included, as
appropriate, with Conference reminders we send out.
- Your company name and logo will be posted
at your event.
- As host of your event you will have the
opportunity to give a two-to-three minute introduction
to your product or service.
- You will be permitted to distribute your
company literature or materials at your event.
- Registered representatives from your
company will receive a "Sponsor" ribbon on their name
badge.
Sponsorships are available
on a first come, first served basis, so you must respond
quickly. Simply
tell us what item you want to sponsor by filling out
