Combining the Power of Two Top Berry Organizations
Wednesday, February 16,
to Saturday, February 19
Doubletree
Nashville Hotel, Nashville, Tennessee
The annual North American Berry
Conference has always brought together the world’s leading
small production berry growers and marketers with top experts
in the industry. But next February, the Conference can
offer your company an even greater exposure to growers because
the North American Strawberry Growers Association and the
North American Bramble Growers Association have combined forces
to make the 2005 North American Berry Conference the premiere
industry event.
If your business depends on building
relationships and one-on-one contacts, this Conference
offers you unequalled access to a very targeted market.
Present your company and its products to current and potential
customers much more effectively than you ever could in a typical
sales call or an impersonal advertisement.
It’s
a marketing fact: People buy from people they know.
With its emphasis on education
and research, the North American Berry Conference attracts
growers who are eager to learn about new products and techniques.
And, we’re making it easier than ever for companies
like yours to build relationships with berry producers, many
of whom also have farm markets.
Get
“known” in one or all of these different ways
at the 2005 North American Berry Conference:
- Showcase your products and services in the
Exhibit Area
- Gain top exposure and recognition by becoming
a Berry Conference Sponsor
- Send your company representatives to meet
North America’s most progressive berry producers and
to keep up with the newest technology
Exhibitors at last year’s
Berry Conference had an eye-opening experience and in 2005
we’re getting bigger and better. We’ll have an
even larger exhibit area to provide a “showroom”
for your company and to protect your exhibit investment. Our
audience anticipates the Exhibit Area as another learning
opportunity and we’ll help to promote traffic by
having coffee service, breaks, and lunch in the exhibit area.
We’ll also host the Grand Opening Reception within the
exhibit area on Wednesday evening. For even more fun in the
exhibit area, we’re adding a Product Tasting Session
on Thursday, a Dessert Social on Friday, and a Silent Auction
for the NASGA Research Foundation throughout the Conference.
Sponsorship is another opportunity
to stand out from the crowd. Our members recognize that
Sponsors help defray meeting costs, which keeps their
registration fees reasonable and enables us to provide high
quality programming. It’s a win/win because by developing
a stronger industry, you help to insure your success. We appreciate
Sponsor support and we go out of our way to give these companies
top exposure, but the benefits of sponsorship go well beyond
the signs, ribbons, and acknowledgements you’ll receive.
Your contribution as a sponsor helps to keep organizations
that are building this industry strong and growing.
If you need more information
to decide how you’ll take advantage of these cost-effective
marketing opportunities contact Jeanmarie Kline, CMP at 717-979-6979.
The deadline for submitting
Exhibitor Contracts and Sponsorship Agreements is February
4.
